NO REFUND POLICY 
Dresses we have are all custom made and made of high end fabric and quality stones. 

Before the process begin, the materials cost, date and design are being confirm by clients. The material cost and time will compensated in the hardwork being custom made.

CANCELLED ORDERS 
We do not accept canceled orders because of the time and money that goes into the orders. 

SIZING 
Please keep in mind that your dress will be made to order based on the information (measurements/color) you provide. 

PRIVACY 
Custom order dresses are allowed not to post and in hide for 1 month  or right after your pageant. But if you want to make it own and private the design permanently there will be additional costing and price will cost times 3 of the original price. 

Photo's of a dress wearing by the clients are allowed to post by DFG after their Pageant. For legitimacy purposes and showcasing DFG works.

YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. 

The item must not have been worn or used. 

INSURANCE 

If you wish to purchase insurance on your order, please mention this before you place your order. 

SHIPPING POLICIES 

Dresses are made to order. Our standard process is 60 days. That includes shipping.

All products are shipped DHL takes 4-5  business days. All shipments will be tracked and confirmed. 

Let me know if you dont have DHL in your area or else DHL will forward to the other 3rd party and will took extended days to deliver. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
Worldwide shipping is available. Please note that there may be some delay in delivery on international shipments due to customs. I am not responsible of the time delay and I do not offer refunds.
